What will you do?
Visit of Alberobello, at the end of the visit stop at a country house to learn how to cook a typical Apulian Sunday lunch in the company of an exceptional cook.
Lunch included consisting of appetizer (seasonal vegetables prepared according to the Apulian culinary tradition, typical cheeses), home-made orecchiette with sauce, local meat, fruit and dessert prepared by the landlady.
For vegetarians, as an alternative to meat will prepare a second ad hoc dish.
