What will you do?

 You will learn how to prepare orecchiette, a typical Salento dish par excellence, in an exceptional location: the Masserie Altemure, a 16th century farm located in the heart of Salento. In these ancient rooms with mighty walls, once used as a residence and warehouse for the farm activities of the Masseria, the light filters from the outside, enhancing those lines and volumes typical of the most authentic architecture of Salento, with an absolutely suggestive effect. a real dive into the past. The estate covers about 270 hectares, of which 130 are vineyards. This special geographical position, characterized by a pleasant sea breeze and a great light intensity, is the ideal place for growing grapes. The vineyards and the ancient buildings with the massive Aragonese tower have been restored to their original splendor, with full respect for the landscape and local architecture.
